Elder Care

We offer a full compliment of services for older adults living in long term care facilities, home, or elsewhere. Services include team - integrated physiotherapy and care plan consulting, exercise and rehabilitative regular visits, dementia care, indoor and outdoor walking programs, outings into the community, staff education and training individually and in group sessions, and individual outdoor walking programs and community outings/ walking. Home Visits

We come to see you in your home, no need to plan for transportation!

Long Term Care

We see people in their homes, including in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and other care settings. We work with your current health care and personal support team to find a way to integrate our knowledge into your care plan, as efficiently as possible.

Transitional Care

In hospital private physiotherapy, training and rehab for returning home, home safety assessments, equipment assessments and procurement

BC Rebate of Housing Adaptations for Independent Living (RAHA)

In home assessments for RAHA grant applications, we help you access funding to modify your home or rental to be more accessible for mobility challenges.
