Your Role

🏥 Work in our Campbell River clinic, a shared space within a busy medical practice. Hands on therapy, assessments, and care planning. 
🏡 Expand into home visits if you're comfortable/ interested
📌 1-hour initial assessments, 30+ minute follow-ups—because quality matters.
🛠️ Receive mentorship and training from a highly experienced team to build confidence in community-based care.
Not much experience? With 15+ years of experience, we’ll guide you through it. Once you see the impact you can make with the work we do, you’ll realize this is the best job—a mix of hands-on therapy, travel, and meaningful connection.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation:
• Orientation / starting phase: $54 / hour, until caseload built to your earning goals and well oriented (typically 1-2 months) 
• Earning Potential: High performers can achieve total earnings between $100,000 and $120,000 per year (full-time equivalent).

That means we are not focused on metrics about visits per patient, but rather QUALITY of care. Visits per client or income per client is not a measure of quality care, but of sales. Here, the care plan is oriented to the client's needs, resources, and abilities, not a sales oriented model. 

What You Need

✔️ Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
✔️ Valid BC driver’s license, own vehicle optional
✔️ Tech-savvy
✔️ A passion for learning and helping clients in meaningful ways.
